- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Their phone sends you to an automated machine that directs you to call the Raleigh office. Raleigh will tell you that they cannot answer questions for the Wilson office and that you need to call them. I recently found out that the phones in this office are never actually turned on to recieve phone calls. If you have any questions for anything that you might have recieved from this office or paperwork you have sent here, you have to go ask about it in person. They will not answer the phone and Raleigh cannot answer your questions.By ellie corral, August 19, 2017
